01 / COGNITIVE FOOTBALL TRAINING

Train the gamebeforeit happens.

Train the decisions before the action. A mixed-reality platform for football perception and performance.

Meta Quest 3

First-person mixed-reality concept: a physical ball ahead in open midfield, a right shoulder scan, and one separately rendered virtual football presser approaching from behind.

02 / Inside the decision

Real ball. Scan. Virtual pressure. Real decision. Measured.

The detail behind the decision.

Scan + Escape demonstrates scanning, pressure recognition, decision movement, telemetry and coach control. It is one scenario family within the wider platform direction.

Concept visualization, not a recording of a live session. The profile uses illustrative demo values.

Precise about the measurable.
01Decision time
From press onset to committed escape, in milliseconds.
02Correct escape
Whether the chosen direction was away from the detected press sector.
03Information acquired
Whether the press was identified before the decision.
04Scan count
Completed head scans past the threshold, per run.
05Head displacement
Distance the headset moved during the run, in metres.
06Confidence
Scenario-reported confidence of the decision classification.

Not measured: eye movement, body orientation, ball technique. Thresholds are provisional and stated in the app.

The coach

One player. Two perspectives.

The coach console is a live control surface for paired headsets. It is honest about what it shows: measured headset position and heading, scenario state and the outcome of each run.

  • Pair and control headsets

Pair a Quest with a one-time code, select a player, start and stop scenarios remotely.

  • Live tactical view

Headset position and heading on a pitch diagram, updated in real time, with clear stale and offline states.

  • Review before saving

Each completed run waits for a coach decision. Save it to the player's history or discard it — nothing is stored by accident.

  • Attempt history and progression

Every saved attempt is kept individually. Follow decision time, correct escapes and scan count across sessions.

  • Scan analysis

Head scans are counted against a provisional threshold and reported per run, separately from information acquisition.

  • Player profiles

One profile per player with sessions, attempts and a four-axis performance view built from saved runs only.

Measurements come from the headset's head pose. The platform does not track eyes, torso or hips.

For players and coaches

For athletes

Train game intelligence

  • Train game intelligence in repeatable scenarios
  • Improve awareness and scanning habits
  • Make faster, more accurate decisions
  • Track development across the season

For coaches

Coach the decision, not just the action

  • Create cognitive training sessions per position
  • Evaluate players on objective decision data
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses early
  • Monitor development over time
Inside a Scan + Escape scenario

Scan + Escape scenario: the player receives under pressure, scans, and chooses an escape direction. Head direction is measured from the headset; it is not eye tracking.

Development

The next repetition starts here.

Keep the detail of individual attempts. Compare the same player and scenario over time, and use the evidence to guide the next session.

  1. 01

    Train

    Repeat a focused scenario.

  2. 02

    Review

    Decide which attempts to save.

  3. 03

    Compare

    Follow the player’s own history.
